Creating and running a job
Schedule a job, track it from start to finish, and log the work you do.

A job is a single visit or piece of work for a customer. Housely walks you through it from scheduling to close-out.
Create the job
From a customer or the Jobs tab, tap Create. Pick the property, add the equipment you'll work on, and set a date. Add any notes for yourself or your crew.
Run the job
When you arrive, open the job and start it. Work through the steps, log parts you use, add photos, and capture notes as you go. Everything you record becomes part of the report.
Finish and hand off
When the work is done, close out the job. Housely pulls your notes, parts, and photos into a report and invoice you can send in one step — see Sending an invoice and report.
