When a job is done, Housely turns everything you logged into a polished report and an invoice — no retyping.
Review the draft
At close-out you'll see one editable billing draft. Adjust line items, add charges, and confirm the parts you used. The report pulls in your notes and photos automatically.
Send it
Tap Send invoice and report. Housely emails your customer a single message with both, branded with your business name and logo, and records the send in the job's history.
After sending
Your customer can view the report and pay the invoice online. You'll see the status update in Housely, so you always know what's been paid.
