Your home inbox is the first place to look. It gathers everything that needs your attention so you don't have to go hunting.
What shows up here
- Maintenance reminders — when an item is due for a filter change, service, or check.
- Provider requests — when a provider asks to share an item or schedule a visit.
- Updates — when work is completed or a document is added to your home.
Acting on an item
Tap any item to see the details and what to do next. When you're done, it clears from your inbox automatically.
Staying on top of it
Turn on notifications so time-sensitive reminders reach you even when the app is closed. You can adjust what you're notified about in Account → Notifications.
