Housely keeps you and your providers on the same page. When you work with a plumber, electrician, or any pro, the records stay with your home.
Accepting a request
When a provider wants to add or service an item, you'll see a request in your inbox. Review what they're asking for and tap Accept to allow it, or decline if it doesn't look right.
Sharing an item with a provider
Open any item, tap Share, and send the link. The provider sees the details they need to do the job — and any work they log comes back to your records.
Keeping the history
Every visit, part, and document is saved on the item. Next time something breaks, you (or the next pro) can see exactly what was done and when.
