Claiming your first item
When a provider shares an item with you, claim it to add it to your home.

When a provider installs or services something in your home, they can share it with you through a link. Claiming it adds that item — with its photos, manuals, and service history — straight to your home.
Open the link
Tap the link your provider sent by text or email. You'll see a preview of the item and what's included.
Confirm it's yours
If you're signed in, tap Claim and the item is added to your home record. If you're new, you'll create an account first, then the item is waiting for you.
After claiming
The item now lives in your home. You'll get maintenance reminders, keep every document in one place, and can share it with the next provider or owner whenever you need.
Tip: You own your records. Claiming an item never gives the provider ongoing access to your home.
